Overall, I'm just a lil' light who realized that if I was gonna shine at full capacity, I needed to focus my attention and energy...and that meant getting my life together in a few areas.  Now don't get me wrong, I certainly DO NOT have all the answers...but here's what I do know...As much as we are created to innovate and thrive, there is much to gain in working together.  I believe that we have the answers to each other's issues - if we can just get connected in the right ways.
